How many applications do I send out per day?
Wide Search – 5-10 applications per day, up to 22 applications per day. Target Matches – 1-2 applications per day, up to 9 applications per day. Up to you, you can adjust settings in your dashboard.
Do I have control over what is sent out?
Three options – manual approve, automated with waiting period after 24 hours, or hands off, letting applications go out automatically. Also, you can block specific companies from the process in the dashboard.
What is your interview conversion rate?
Average 3% with Wide Search, 4% with Target Matches. Applying for 5-10 applications per day is a path to several interviews per month.
I've been applying for 6+ months. Will it work for me?
It usually depends on two major factors – application volume inconsistency and poor match quality. It doesn't mean you are unplaceable if you were looking for quite some time. It means your approach needs adjustment because it's not good enough.
Will my information be shared with employers outside of applications?
No, absolutely not. Your resume/CV and cover letter templates will be used to fill job postings applications.
